I have been an Auction Master Pro user for over 15 years.  At first it was a lot and seemed overwhelming because of its vast abilities but after the first time of being trained in the software it was easy to use, understand, and operate.  I always start with "it's a lot at first but then it's repetitive and easy". 

 

The availability of reports and features is exceptional.  Everything you could ever need, want, or wish for is in there.  I have yet to want something and not be able to find it.

 

The support you receive from AMP is TOP NOTCH.  The team is amazing no matter who answers the phone.  They can easily fix every problem and bring peace and comfort in the stressful situation of "technical difficulties''; where I have learned is mostly "operator error".  Cristel's knowledge and understanding of the system and the industry is irreplaceable and her compassion for all human's is undeniable.

 

When you're looking to update towers or printers they can easily direct you with tried and true products which alleviates the pressure of wondering if it will work with the system and be good enough to sustain dust, temperature swings, and usage.

 

I will forever recommend Auction Master Pro and be an advocate for their software. I cannot imagine running a sale without it.
